A Legacy of Style features the Fall Collection from Tory Burch

Spring Branch
Education Foundation (SBEF) will host its third annual fashion event, A Legacy of Style, in partnership with
designer Tory Burch and her Galleria I store. The event is planned for Friday,
Nov. 22, at the Hilton Houston Post Oak, 2001 Post Oak Blvd. A reception will
begin at 11 a.m., followed by the style show and luncheon at noon.
Co-chairs Debbie
Slack and Susan Griffin are expecting the event to sell out. “A fun tradition
for this show is that our volunteer models are readily recognized by the audience.
As SBISD alumni or employees, they personify the strong legacy and loyalty we
enjoy in the district,” said Griffin. “We are thrilled to work with the Tory
Burch staff in presenting her fall collection.”

Board member and Special Events chair, has modeled in all three shows, “It’s a
lot of fun and a great way to combine enthusiasm for the clothes with our
passion for the Education Foundation.”

Relations officer; Melissa DeAyala, Memorial High School alumna; Karin Donovan,
staff, Valley Oaks Elementary; Michelle Eggert, Westchester High School alumna;
Missy Grall, Westchester High School alumna; Anne Hachtman, Stratford High
School alumna; Patty Pace, executive director, SBISD Elementary Administrative
Services; Hayden Rome, Memorial High School alumna; Lisa Weir, principal,
Memorial Middle School and Stratford High School alumna; Kim Wood, faculty,
Memorial Middle School.
