Monitoring Current Weather Conditions

SBISD is monitoring Houston area forecasts as there are some concerns about possible icing this evening (Feb. 5). As always, should there be any weather-related changes to our normal school schedule, we will communicate with you via the call-out system and email.

Bad Weather Make-up Days

At their Board Workshop meeting on Monday, Feb. 10, the SBISD Board of Trustees will discuss make-up days. We will make an announcement following this meeting. February 17 is not under consideration as a make-up day. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through the recent weather situations and as our Board of Trustees works to make the best make-up day decision possible.

We will communicate the make-up days decision following the Board of Trustees meeting next week.
