All State Winners

Eight highly talented Spring Branch ISD high school students have received the highest honor possible in their area of musical study. They’ve been named Texas All-State winners in orchestra, band and choir.

About 1,500 students from across Texas are named All-State winners following a process that begins with more than 55,000 students from across the state vying to perform in one of 13 separate music ensembles. Individual student musicians begin by performing music selections for a panel of judges.

From this ranking, a select group of musicians and singers advances from their region to separate competitions that qualify them to perform in Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA)All-State music groups.
