Spring Branch ISD’s Community Education Dept. offers both adult and youth interest classes three times a year – spring, summer and fall. Adult courses include Beginner Computer, Guitar, Ceramics, Sewing, Food and Nutrition Education, Floral Arranging, ESL Classes, GED, Spanish and Dance. Motorcycle Safety is offered weekends only.

Driver’s education is offered for students who are 14- to 17-years old. In addition, the Community Education program sponsors co-ed Dance/Fitness classes for both adult and youth participants. Youth from 3- to 18-years old may register for ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, creative movement and drill team classes. Adult offerings include ballet, tap, jazz, Zumba, Middle Eastern Belly Dance, Hip Hop, Flamenco, Yoga, Ballroom and Country Western dance instruction.
Dance classes are held at two locations: Spring Forest Middle School, 10424 Memorial Drive, and Westchester Academy of International Studies, 901 Yorkchester. For dance information or questions, please call 281.496.2725 on evenings or weekends, or email wendy.reeves@springbranchisd.com.
