Texas Governor Greg Abbott has officially proclaimed October 14th as Texas Education Human Resources Day. “Human resources professionals are key players in implementing effective practices for the hiring of quality staff to teach young Texans and keep our schools running smoothly,” said Governor Abbott. The SBISD Human Resources Department is responsible for ensuring the district recruits and retains the very best. The professionals in our HR Department work hard to ensure that SBISD schools are staffed with high-quality educators and staff, creating great environments for learning and working.
